Rodeo Goat, a local burger chain, is open at Casa Linda Plaza.
This is the seventh location for the restaurant, which opened for dinner July 14. Lakewood neighbor Keith Schlabs is a co-founder of Rodeo Goat.
It’s located in the former Highland Park Cafeteria space at the historic shopping center.
Diners will find a few familiar names on the menu. There’s a burger named for journalist Skip Hollandsworth, as well as one named for Lakewood Country Club and former Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings.
Rodeo Goat opens at 4 p.m. July 14. It’s located at 1200 N. Buckner Blvd., and it’s open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-midnight Friday-Saturday.
